Welcome! If you would like to sign your child[ren] up for Kloefkorn’s PTO-provided After School Programs, you’ve come to the right place. Please take a look at the list of classes below, pick the classes that sound interesting and fill in the requisite information. Thanks!

Registration will continue through January 11. Classes can fill up quickly, so please register early! As classes become full, they will no longer be available for new enrollment.

The registration form will need to be filled out only once for each child; simply select the classes your student would like to attend and your total will be updated.

In addition, we’re asking that parents pay for registration using a credit card through this site. This will save our ASP coordinators from having to manually track check and cash payments, and we hope will also make your lives easier. (If you cannot pay via Credit Card, please contact asp-chair@kloefkornpto.org.)

You will receive an email confirmation after completing registration. If you wish to register another student for after school programs, you will receive instructions on the confirmation page after your first submission. If you do not receive email confirmation, please confirm registration with asp-chair@kloefkornpto.org

Scholarships are available; please email asp-chair@kloefkornpto.org for more information.

Classes will meet immediately after school for one hour (2:55-4:00pm), unless otherwise marked. At the end of class your child will be lead to the front doors of the school or to Family Services. Please be prompt in picking up your child!

If you have any questions, please contact Angela at asp-chair@kloefkornpto.org.

Kindness Club (K-5)

Kindness: the act of being friendly, generous, or considerate

Cubs, kindness is a BIG deal. Choosing to be kind is so important. Something small can make a HUGE difference. If you join this club, I hope that you join because you truly want to make this school an even better place….for EVERYONE. Being kind doesn’t always get a reward. In fact, most of the time doing something kind or nice goes unnoticed.

Does that mean we should stop doing it? NO! Sometimes the reward is knowing that you just made someone else’s day have a bright spot. In this club, each week we are going to do random acts of kindness to help everyone in our school: CHOOSE KIND.

Guitar (3-5)

This class can accommodate students of any skill level and will teach basics of the acoustic guitar and how to play it.  Students will be expected to practice for at least 15 minutes, five times per week. Students will learn how to read tablature for the guitar and how to play various chords and chord progressions. By the end of the weeks of lessons students will be able to learn various songs on their own at home. And if students wish to continue learning after the weeks are done, contact myself or Mrs. Moates.
